Our Office
Hunt Roche Leigh On Sea is proud to say it has been trading from its premises near Belfairs Woods & Golf course since 2002. Our branch has two Directors, Sue Sloan has been there since the opening and boasts 30 years in the business. Rob Cooke with an impressive 17 years in the business joined the office shortly after in 2005. Ben Farrow is our office negotiator. He started his career in estate agency in the Great Wakering branch in March 2015 as a trainee negotiator and we were fortunate enough to have him join our team at the beginning of 2016.

Leigh On Sea was voted one of ‘The happiest’ places to live according to a report written by The Daily Mail newspaper, so why would you not want to live here? North Leigh is home to Belfairs Woods & Nature Reserve with an 18 hole golf course adjacent and Great Wood Nature Reserve, both provide beautiful scenery and walks. There is a good choice of schools to choose from for all ages including a selection of High Schools.
Bus routes run to and from Southend, Basildon and surround areas making it easy to get about. By car A127 and A13 are both within 5 minutes drive, as well as London Southend Airport which has been previously been voted ‘The Best Airport’ in the UK by Which Magazine. Leigh is home to a C2C mainline station to Fenchurch Street, London.
The famous Cockle Sheds of Leigh sit proudly down in Old Leigh Town on The Thames Estuary. Pubs and restaurants line the front and make this an ideal place to sit and watch the world go by. Leigh Broadway is a short distance away and is a traditional high street mixed which a healthy blend of cosmopolitan wines bars, eateries and boutiques.
